How do i delete my Sofiacabs personal account?
To delete your Sofiacabs personal account, Please follow these steps:
- Log In to Your Account: Go to the Sofiacabs app and log in using your credentials.
- Tap the three lines at the top left : Navigate to your App settings on profile section. This is usually found in the menu or under your profile icon.
- Find the Delete Account Option: Look for an option that allows you to delete your account. labeled as "Delete Account,"
- Follow the Prompts: You may be asked to provide a reason for deleting youraccount or to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm Deletion: Confirm that you want to delete your account. This action is usually irreversible, so make sure you want to proceed.
- Check for Confirmation: You should receive a confirmation email or message indicating that your account has been deleted.
If you cannot find the option to delete your account within the app or website, you can:

With the following subject: Account Deletion.
In the body of the email, State:
1. Your full name
2. Email used to log in to the app
3. Mobile phone number with area code
After review, which may take up to 5 business days, your account will be removed.
What will be deleted?
Your name, address, cell phone, documents sent, email, login, photos and vehicle data will be deleted if you are a driver.
